Chocolate cake recipe with delicious flavours

             60 g Pure cocoa powder
             1 Pinch of salt
             1 Teaspoon of baking powder or baking powder
             1 Teaspoon of baking soda
             1 orange zesting spoon (without white)
             1 Teaspoon of orange extract (Optional)

Preparation:

With the help of an electric mixer beat the butter and sugar for about 7 minutes until this spongy, lightly beat the eggs and add them little by little and continuing to beat at medium speed, sieve the flour with baking soda and the salt and add it to the previous mixture alternating it with the whey and beat until incorporated, add the orange zest and the extract and beat a little more, finally add the chocolate and beat until well blended.



We spread the mold spray all over the mold and pour the dough in it, take it to the oven and bake 50 to 60 minutes with heat up and down and 180 degrees, check the cooking before removing it from the oven, leave it on a rack for 10 minutes without remove it from the mold and after 10 minutes we unmold and leave on the rack to cool completely.

Once cold we put it on the serving tray and decorate it to taste as for example with a white glaze made with 200 grams of icing sugar and one or two tablespoons of orange juice or with a chocolate ganache made with 100 grams of dark chocolate of pastry and 100 ml of cream or cream of milk in any way that comes to mind will be delicious and we give it our personal touch.
